1. General Terms
Welcome to aquaholics. By using our services, including car transfers, tours, kayak tours, and water activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
• Payment is required at the time of booking (deposit 10% of the total price or total price).
• All prices are listed in euros and are including taxes and fees

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund (transaction fees excluded).
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity will not be eligible for a refund.
• In the event of an operator cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a reschedule or full refund (transaction fees excluded).

4. Safety & Liability

• Participation in our activities involves some inherent risks. Customers acknowledge and accept these risks upon booking.
• Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
• We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings unless due to our negligence.
• Certain activities may have age, weight, or health restrictions. Please check before booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure they meet the physical requirements of the chosen activity.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Alcohol or drug use before or during an activity is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals without a refund.

6. Insurance

• We recommend customers have their own travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect and store customer information for booking purposes only. We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.

9. Legal Disputes

• Any legal disagreements that cannot be settled in a friendly manner will be resolved under the laws and jurisdiction of Chania, Greece.
